Especially to someone you find annoying or you don't get along with.

It's free.  And it's a choice.

Be kind in thought
Thinking positive things about someone will have a positive impact on how YOU feel.  
Thinking negative thoughts about someone will have a negative impact on how YOU feel.

You can't have negative thoughts about someone AND experience peace at the same time.  The 2 don't co-exist.

Be kind with your words
Words are powerful.  Be mindful how you use them.

Be kind with your actions
Go out of your way to open the door; say thank you and really mean it; do something for someone 'just because' and not expect anything in return.

Look at each person you meet as a human-being who has a story.  We all have a story.
