The focus will be on uncovering and embracing what truly matters to you, which is essential for reclaiming your personal power. Through reflective exercises, you will set a strong foundation for your journey ahead.

Week 2: February 25 - Freedom from Perfectionism + People-Pleasing

Learn how the Inner Critic, the urge to please others, and the quest for perfection undermine your self-worth and quality of life—experience how to liberate yourself from these constraints by releasing this conditioning from the subconscious.  

Week 3: March 4 - The Power Within: Find It, Feel It, Fuel It

Through hands-on exercises and heart-centered conversations, you’ll discover how to connect with the energy and life force inside you—the power that fuels your courage, joy, and confidence. You'll leave feeling grounded, energized, and ready to show up as your truest self.

Week 4: March 11 - Deepening Your Presence

Feeling grounded in your body and having clarity of mind is essential for cultivating a strong sense of self and living your best life. Together, we will enhance our present-moment awareness and anchor in the shifts we have experienced thus far.

Week 5: March 18 - Finding Your Voice

Connect with the power of your voice through vocal exercises, meditation, and mantra singing. Working on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels, exploring old patterns, and opening up to more vocal freedom. 

Week 6:  March 25 - Energy Clearing + Chakra Attunement

When we do deep inner work, we often release energetic debris that can become stuck in our energy field. In this session, you will receive an energetic clearing to tidy up your energy bodies and help you integrate the shifts you are experiencing. Mel will use her intuitive gifts, guides, and reiki energy healing techniques to guide you through this journey.

Week 7: April 1 - Living with Abundance

What are your beliefs regarding abundance? Do you feel open and deserving or limited and constrained? This session is designed to delve into the aspects of your life where you seek greater abundance and identify and release subconscious blocks that hinder your ability to live fully and abundantly.

Week 8: April 8 - QiGong for Better Sleep

Good sleep is essential for our health and well-being. Explore the principles of QiGong, a cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Flow through gentle movements paired with the breath. Learn acupressure points to calm the body and mind. Enjoy a guided meditation to prepare for a night of restful slumber.

Week 9: April 15 - Celebrating Your Authentic Self

Our final week is dedicated to honouring and celebrating you and your uniqueness. Let this be the beginning of a beautiful journey where you feel the freedom to honour your truth and live life authentically.
