Reconnecting to Your Essence

  • Diane Yeo Mindfulness London, Ontario Canada (map)

For years, I have envisioned creating a retreat that included Indigenous women sharing their sacred wisdom and teachings deeply rooted in their traditions.

That dream is now coming to life, and I invite you to join me for a transformative weekend as we gather in a sacred space.

Take this time to relax in a peaceful country setting, reflect, and rise—stronger, truer, and deeply connected to your essence.

Together, we will celebrate and honour the strength, authenticity, and beauty that unite us as women.

Your retreat will include:

* 2 Nights Accommodation
* Gourmet Vegetarian Meals

Workshop with Liz Akiwenzie
Teachings of the Original Women of Turtle Island
Through storytelling and ceremony, Liz will guide us in reconnecting heart, body, mind, and spirit with the teachings of the Original Women of Turtle Island. Together, we’ll explore and celebrate the vital roles women play in shaping a brighter future for our world.

Workshop with Heather Cobral
Remembering Our Roots: A Journey Through Art
Long before the disruptions of colonization and assimilation, our ancestors lived deeply connected to the land. They thrived in harmony with Mother Earth and all her beings, guided by ceremony, songs, and traditions.

In this workshop, we will create a living document—an expressive piece of art that serves as a guide on your journey of remembering. Using handmade prints and a variety of materials, we will collage to guide this shared path back to our roots. No art experience or creativity is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
