Mindful Monday: YOU are a spiritual warrior

As I write this week, I find myself at a crossroads of thoughts and experiences. I have many ideas about what to write about but don't know where to start.

In this moment of uncertainty, I am reminded of a powerful lesson: I am not the creator but a channel. When I step aside, allowing the divine flow to guide my words, magic happens, leading to the perfect message—perhaps what was intended all along.

I ask, what is yearning in my heart to come forward?

Over the past several weeks, many people have shared their concerns with me about the future: fear, violence, wars, climate change, politics, inflation, and economic instability.

These worries are valid, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed, even powerless, in the face of such global and personal challenges.

We are at a critical time in the evolution of our people and planet.

And while there is much chaos, there is also an uprising of consciousness, which we don't hear or read about in the news.

It is happening, and if you are on this path of self-discovery, you know what I'm talking about. You are living it and experiencing it right now. You are emerging from the cocoon and transforming into the butterfly.

Sometimes, it feels messy and hard.

Sometimes, there are tears or bursts of laughter and joy: growth and rebirth.

Sometimes, we may feel like we no longer want to be on this path. "I'm so done with this." We wish we could close the door and turn back. But on a soul level, we know there is no turning back.

Sometimes, it can feel lonely when we go through something and feel like we must pretend all is well in our 3D world. We want to shout out and speak the truth.

We may feel alone. But rest assured, we are not alone.

Many people and souls are waking up. Even though it seems as if the darkness is winning, the amount of light coming into the planet now is unprecedented.

We are being supported.

We are being called to step into our power.

Along the way, we might experience change or upheaval. We may have to let go of things to make room for what is coming. And sometimes, things won't make sense until they do.

Do you know what I'm talking about?  I think you do. :)

This is where our spiritual practice comes in.

While we can't control external circumstances, we can look within and connect to our true power, peace, love, and strength.

Sometimes, this feels natural and effortless; other times, it feels complex and downright challenging. It's all part of the journey.

We are spiritual warriors.

We are more powerful than we realize, and our inner work has profound effects on us personally and globally. As we find peace and wholeness within ourselves, we contribute to the healing of all humanity.

Each individual who embarks on this journey of self-discovery and inner peace creates a ripple effect, gradually transforming the collective consciousness.

In these times of uncertainty, remember that your inner work is not selfish - it is essential.

Grounding ourselves in our bodies and accessing our inner resources can help us navigate these turbulent times with grace and resilience. Finding peace within makes us a beacon of light in a world that desperately needs it.

So, I invite you to join me on this journey inward. Embrace the uncertainty, stay grounded in your body, and open yourself to the wisdom that resides within.

Together, we can create a more peaceful, compassionate world—one awakened heart at a time.

With love,

Diane
