Mindful Monday: This and That

I've just completed my meditation practice, and my body feels deeply relaxed. My mind is calm, and there is a sense of emptiness. But within that emptiness, there is also aliveness. In the stillness, there is awareness. This paradox – stillness filled with life, emptiness that feels full – is what I am experiencing about the nature of the spiritual experience.

There's a profound truth in recognizing that life doesn't have to be one thing or another. It can be both. There can be vast, open space that feels grounded and solid and moments of emptiness overflowing with presence.

The key to experiencing this is being present.

We must cultivate presence to truly connect with our soul and the deeper layers of existence.

We need not be passive observers but active participants in the present moment. The more aware we become, the more there is to notice and the more layers of depth we can explore.
