Mindful Monday: A Call to Connect

Dear friends,

How are you doing?

It’s an interesting time right now. We are being called to adapt to a new reality, and the extra tricky part is, there’s no guidebook for us to follow.

We need each other, now more than ever before, but it’s up to us to figure out how to do this, while keeping physical distance.

What I find interesting and quite beautiful is, at a time when we must self-isolate, it also feels like we are connecting at a much more authentic level through our struggles and vulnerability.

I, like everyone, has had to adapt.

These past few weeks I have been spending longer periods in meditation and listening as the silence speaks to me.

I received a clear message in my meditation that my work is to continue being of service and decided, the way I would do this, is through hosting free online sessions.

I listened, and I’m so glad I did. My experience with these sessions this past week were truly beautiful and heart warming.

I am learning new skills, and the experience and connection with everyone has been so incredibly healing for all of us.  I thank all of you who showed up online last week. I’m excited to do it again this week!

A new way of doing things is required. We need to be willing to figure out how to keep connecting, keep supporting, keep showing up for one another.

At a time when we are self-isolating, we don’t have to feel isolated.

I am going to continue to offer two free online sessions every week; a group meditation and an EFT (tapping) session. The focus it to help us find peace, calm and reconnect to who we are. You can register here to join me.

And if you’re looking for something more, I’m excited to announce that for the first time, my 4-week mindfulness meditation course is going to be online. It starts on April 14th. To learn more, contact me.

We are adapting.

People all over the world are choosing to share and connect online in creative ways. I love it. We are powerful beings.

As we gather virtually, we are transforming the fear and anxiety, finding inspiration and hope, and together we are creating a new higher vibration.

We are one consciousness so when one person feels peace it creates a ripple affect. All beings are affected.

What would happen if, together, we spread peace, strength and hope?

We can do this, and it can be done in so many ways.

My sister Deb and I spent time painting kindness rocks.  We are going to place them in people's gardens with the hope it will brighten their day. It was fun and it felt good.

What will you choose to do? How will you connect?

I am grateful for each one of you. Thank you for sharing this sacred journey with me through the highs and lows, ups and downs.

I hope to see you online this week.

Best,
Diane
